On July 24, Shi Yu, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd. (CSCEC Second Bureau), and his delegation to visit the Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Center. The two sides held discussions on topics such as high-quality construction of cold chain infrastructure.

Prior to the meeting, Shi Yu and his delegation toured several key functional areas of the Yuhu Cold Chain (Guangzhou) Trading Center, including the trading hall, front-store-and-back-warehouse zone, and cold storage area. They gained detailed insights into the functional positioning, operational data, and technological innovation highlights of each area, and observed the efficient operation of the automated stereoscopic warehouse sorting equipment.

During the meeting, Huang Xiangmo, Chairman of the Board of Hong Kong Yuhu Group, extended a warm welcome to Shi Yu and his delegation, and introduced Yuhu Cold Chain’s business model and development progress. He noted that Yuhu Cold Chain leverages a nationwide heavy-asset offline delivery system, integrates upstream and downstream industry resources to create a strong aggregation effect, and innovatively adopts an integrated Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) business model. This enables Yuhu to provide merchants with comprehensive solutions such as cold chain warehousing and distribution, supply chain finance, cross-border settlement, and e-commerce services. He emphasized the strong engineering capabilities and comprehensive industry-wide services of CSCEC Second Bureau, expressing hope that both parties could work closely together to jointly build a more efficient and robust cold chain industry ecosystem.

Shi Yu introduced the development history and status of CSCEC Second Bureau. He stated that the Second Bureau has extensive experience and solid strength in large-scale infrastructure construction, particularly in cold chain warehousing and logistics park projects. Through this visit and exchange, he was deeply impressed by Yuhu Cold Chain's remarkable achievements in nationwide expansion over just five years, as well as its profound industry insight, exceptional integration capacity, and innovative practices. CSCEC Second Bureau looks forward to working together with Yuhu Cold Chain in areas such as cold chain infrastructure construction and intelligent technology application, contributing to the upgrade of the cold chain industry through high-quality construction.
