In agricultural product distribution, cold chain logistics is the vital link between farm and table. Logistics efficiency, delivery networks, and integrated services each directly affect merchants' operating costs and product quality.
To meet this core need, Yuhu Cold Chain (Jieyang) Trading Centre is expanding its cold chain logistics services. The park's D1 cold store has officially entered trial operation: food products are steadily arriving for storage, loading and unloading at the docks run smoothly, and every zone is operating efficiently. At the same time, the park has launched its own warehousing and distribution network and a cloud warehouse fulfilment service. With cold chain warehousing, dedicated logistics routes, and cloud warehouse fulfilment all now up and running, the park is bringing fresh momentum to agricultural product distribution across eastern Guangdong.

Multi-Temperature Storage Safeguards Food Quality
Yuhu Cold Chain (Jieyang) International Agricultural Products Trading Centre is Yuhu Cold Chain's second project in Guangdong Province. Covering approximately 472 mu (about 31.5 hectares) with a storage capacity of 65,000 metric tons, the park combines fresh produce distribution, international cold chain food trading, Chaoshan food culture experiences, cold chain food processing, and smart warehousing and logistics. The vegetable zone led the way, entering trial operation in May 2025 and reaching full occupancy, followed by the aquatic products trading zone in January 2026. After more than a year of trial operation, this provincial and municipal key project has become a major agricultural trading and distribution hub for eastern Guangdong.
Built to international standards, the park's smart, high-standard cold storage facilities comprise three cold stores and one dry warehouse. The D1 cold store, now in use, has a capacity of about 15,000 metric tons, with multiple temperature zones covering everything from frozen to chilled storage. Fruit and vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy, and frozen foods can each be stored in a dedicated temperature zone. On the operations side, the park relies on its OTWB warehousing and logistics management system and a professional operations team to maintain an unbroken cold chain with fully traceable data. The storage conditions of every batch are monitored digitally, minimising loss and protecting product quality.
Dedicated Routes for Fast, Direct Delivery Across Eastern Guangdong
The Jieyang park has opened 10 logistics routes in its first phase, reaching nearly 100 towns across eastern Guangdong, including Jieyang, Puning, Jiexi, Chaozhou, Shantou, and Meizhou.
Located next to the Putian (Jieyang) expressway interchange, the park runs all routes on fixed schedules from fixed collection points, providing T+0 same-day urban delivery across eastern Guangdong. Standardised end-to-end operations keep ordering, dispatch, and delivery efficient, moving agricultural products from the park to market — and from source to table — faster.
Value-Added Services That Support Business
Logistics is about more than moving goods — it is a service. All logistics routes at the Jieyang park follow standardised procedures and offer a range of value-added services, including door-to-door delivery, collection from drop-off points, signed receipt return, and cash on delivery, to suit merchants' different needs. From dispatch to customer sign-off, every step follows clear standards and is fully recorded. Merchants no longer need to worry about logistics and can focus on growing their business.
Alongside its efficient delivery network and multi-temperature storage, the park has built its own cloud warehouse for parcel fulfilment, offering merchants one-stop services including storage rental, drop shipping, and custom packaging. This supports livestream e-commerce, opens up online channels, and helps quality products reach more buyers.

The park has also introduced driverless delivery vehicles for smart, short-distance transfers on site. With Level 4 (L4) autonomous driving capability, the vehicles plan their own routes and detect and avoid obstacles automatically as they move between cold stores and merchant stalls. They handle in-park transfers of small items and parcels: once goods leave the warehouse, the vehicles carry them to stalls and consolidation points, reducing manual handling and significantly shortening wait times for pickup and consolidation.
From warehouse dispatch to stall handover, driverless delivery streamlines in-park movement and brings smart logistics into every corner of park operations — a clear example of the Jieyang park's progress toward smart operations.
One-Stop Services to Help Merchants Grow
From multi-temperature cold storage to dedicated logistics routes, and from cloud warehouse drop shipping to standardised end-to-end service, the Jieyang park has built an integrated warehousing and logistics system that brings together smart warehousing, linehaul transport, urban delivery, and drop shipping. Building on Yuhu Cold Chain's innovative Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) service model, the park uses IoT temperature control, smart dispatching, and end-to-end traceability to empower cold chain food trade and distribution, while lowering distribution costs, reducing loss, and adding value to agricultural products.
Covering every major category — fruit and vegetables, aquatic products, grain and edible oils, non-staple foods, dry seasonings, and frozen foods — the park's four service lines of one-stop procurement, cold chain warehousing, direct logistics, and cloud warehouse fulfilment work together to move agricultural products efficiently and safely from source to table.
Yuhu Cold Chain (Jieyang) International Agricultural Products Trading Centre — eastern Guangdong's new agricultural distribution hub — supports every merchant's growth with dedicated platform services. Fresh, and always on time.
